Support

Support is important to us. Before, during, and after the installation.


🆘 Requesting support​

Support is requested through the Currentt App.

  • Click the Support button in the bottom right.
  • For general questions, click Request general support.
  • For questions about a specific location: make sure the location is selected, then click Request support for this location.
  • Complete the support form and click Send.

Support

For installers​

All questions from installers are always sent to the Currentt support department. We aim to contact you within 2 business days.

For end users​

For end users, the recipient depends on the subject of the message.

  • Questions about installation/configuration: Questions about the technical installation and configuration of the system are sent to the installer of the location. It is the installer's responsibility to contact the relevant end user.
  • Questions about the Currentt App: Questions about using the Currentt App are sent to the Currentt support department. In that case, we will contact the end user. We aim to do this within 2 business days.
