Inviting members

Finally, add the customer and other users to the location by inviting their email addresses. By accepting the invitation, these users will gain access to the location in the App.


Inviting members

To do this, go to Members in the location's main menu. Then follow these steps to invite someone to the location:

  • Click Add member
  • Enter the customer's email address. If the customer already has a Currentt account, use the corresponding email address
  • Determine the role the customer will have at the location. In most cases this will be Viewer. If the customer wants more control, this can be set to Owner
  • The invitation will appear under Pending invitations. An invitation is valid for one month.

Accepting an invitation

The customer has now received an invitation via email.

  • If the customer already has an account, they can log in to that account
  • If the customer does not yet have an account, they will be asked to first create an account using the same email address as the invitation

Once logged in, the customer clicks the Profile button in the main menu and then Invitations. Here the customer can accept or decline the invitation.
