Tasks

Tasks are rules you configure for the Currentt system to act in a set way under set conditions.

🎬 Scenarios

  • I have a "non-smart" boiler that I switch with a relay. It should turn on when my import tariff is below €0.04/kWh.
  • The power on phase L3 exceeds 3.2 kW. This needs to be reduced by having the battery feed in via peak shaving on phase L3.
  • The automation doesn't give me enough flexibility to control my home battery based on dynamic tariffs. With a task I define my own rules.

💻 Starting the local web application

To set up tasks, your phone or laptop must be connected to the same network as the Navigator. This means your phone or laptop must be connected to the same WiFi network or to the same router.

If this is the case, you can access the local web application by navigating to currentt.local in your browser.

An alternative method is to go to the Manage option on the Navigator's screen. A QR code will then appear that you can scan. The code directs the browser to the Navigator's local IP address.
