Location survey
It is important to survey the location on site beforehand and to discuss the customer's requirements. This way you know what the customer wants to achieve and you can advise on how that is possible.
By going through the questionnaire below, you get a good idea of the requirements and possibilities.

Go through this questionnaire with the customer and look inside the fuse box together to see what the installation currently looks like.

- What is the reason you want to purchase an EMS? What do you want to achieve with an EMS?
- Is the fuse box easily accessible?
- Take a photo of the entire fuse box.
- Is there space for any expansion of the distribution board?
🔌 Devices
- Is a PV inverter present?
- Which brand & type?
- Which interfaces does this device support?
- Take a photo of the type plate.
- Is a home battery present?
- Which brand & type?
- Which interfaces does this device support?
- Take a photo of the type plate.
- Is a heat pump present?
- Which brand & type?
- Which interfaces does this device support?
- Take a photo of the type plate.
- Is an EV charger present?
- Which brand & type?
- Which interfaces does this device support?
- Take a photo of the type plate.
- Is a boiler present?
- Which brand & type?
- Is it connected to its own group?
- Take a photo of the type plate.
- For each device, is there a data connection to the fuse box via a network cable or other cable?
- If so, do you roughly know how the data cables run between the fuse box and the devices you specified?
- If not, is it possible to run cables to connect devices to the Currentt Navigator?
🕓 Meters
- Which large consumers do you have in the home/building?
- Are there specific groups you would like to have better insight into? Think of the kitchen, laundry room, home office.
